My First p90x Work Out With Tony Horton Since the Injury

Today I was able to work out for the first time since I broke my heel and had surgery. It has been nearly 2 months.

It was a great workout. Amy joined me. It was her first time working out since the little baby came to be.

We started back on the p90x workout. I love this workout because it is pretty and functional strength. By that I mean you look good but you don’t just look good. You can actually use the strength you gain. It’s what I call functional strength. Tony Horton and the Beach Body Team really know their stuff when it comes to fitness, health, strength training and weight loss.

    I am completely floored at Individuals who finishes the P90x muscle toning program. I am on day 29 and I feel like I am making great growth. The nutrition plan is the most difficult to stick 100% to. I am looking forward to being in the best shape of my life. BRING IT!
