Hey Coaches,

I’ve recently began using this tool to motivate myself and my wrestlers to actually weight train in the off season.

It is the most effective way I have found to motivate myself to weight train and I am now implementing it with my wrestlers and their parents.

By registering for the WOWY gym through the Wrestling Training Media Link you will be automatically plugged in to our community and you will see what workouts my wrestlers and I are doing in the off season, you can workout with us doing the same thing, or you can do other workouts and still work out with us for the community support. 

The best part is that you and your wrestlers can do the workouts from your house, hotel room, camping trip or at the high school. It allows for a lot of flexibility which is nice during the summer.

So here’s how you use the WOWY Gym with your wrestlers and parents.

  1. You register for your free account by clicking here.
  2. You send an email to your parents and athletes inviting them to workout with you this summer.
  3. They register for a free account.
  4. Then you schedule workouts on what ever days you want to work out and invite them to join them.
  5. You can then see who is working out and who’s not.
  6. You can also create accountability for yourself as a coach or a parent that may want to get back in shape.  That’s what I do.
