Today’s Match of the day is not actually a match, but rather a move or technique of the day.

I found this on Flowrestling today and it I thought that it was a great wrestling move technique so I made it the wrestling match of the day. Watch the video and try it out in the room today. I know I’m going to teach it to some of my wrestlers today.
