It was inspiring to see how Lincoln Mcllravy never quit. Conditioning, focus and determination were the deciding factors in this legendary battle between Lincoln Mcllravy and Gerry Abbis.

Once again Flowrestling comes through for me. It is great to be able to work my guys out in 20 minutes. This video talks about how to do just that. You can have your wrestlers in and out in under 30 minutes. Every wrestling coach should be looking at ways to make practices shorter and more efficient.
I just finished watching the Metcalf vs. Caldwell match and have only one thought. Awesome! The wrestling was amazing. If you have not been able to see it you need to go here and watch. Talk about getting after it.
Caldwell established a tempo and dominance that the Iowa wrestler was not able to match even though he was undefeated in nearly 70 college wrestling matches. The wrestling moves that Caldwell put on Metcalf represented not only great wrestling but a total disregard for the fact that he was facing the wrestler with the best record in the country.
The talk of this year’s NCAA tournament was the ending shove put on Caldwell by Metcalf.
Neither wrestler was using moves learned in wrestling camps; Caldwell ended the match with a back flip and Metcalf matched his unprecedented wrestling move with a shove.
Unwarranted?
Unsportsmanlike?
Decide for yourself.
At any rate the match was entertaining to say the least.

"In “Coaching Young Couch Potatoes,” Michael Clapier teaches coaches what I call Primary Greatness (character/values) as opposed to the traditional Secondary Greatness (winning is everything) as an effective way to mentor young athletes.
I have always believed that winning is only one of many goals set by a wise coach to develop a balanced young man or woman. How valuable it would be if coaches nurtured, inspired vision, and instilled character development into young athletes so they could apply these lessons not only in sports but to life’s experiences."

“I have owned the Championship Access discs for three years and I have to tell you, they work. My kids connect with them and we have been able to help our new coaches clearly understand what we are teaching through every level of our program.”

"Every kid in our program loves technology and my biggest problem is keeping the discs in my bag. They borrow them all the time. They are great!"
