Here are some of the most spectacular freestyle and greco roman wrestling moves that you will ever see. These five point wrestling throws are NOT legal Folkstyle wrestling moves or kids wrestling moves.
I set out to find a picture perfect head throw. Instead I found this. This is awesome. Sit back and enjoy, but also pay attention and point out to your kids where their hips are when they penetrate to hit these throws. Whether it is a bear hug or a high C we must, we absolutely must penetrate with our hips underneath us.

Alaska Folkstyle Wrestling match.
Alaska’s #1 seed Randy Hanson vs #2 seed Lonny Booshu 125 lbs
That was incredible. There are some excellent coaching points here in this match.
Here are a few coaching points I saw:
1. Limp arm to get out of the wizar.
2. Hand control. Hand fight when standing up.
3. Typically you want to stand up first before you try any other move on bottom.
4. Head block. Your head is your first or second line of defense when the guy shoots.
5. Head in the hole. One of the best ways to score of your opponent’s shot.
Please share any coaching points that you saw in the comments.
Freshman Adam Tirapelle (FR) toes the line with defending NCAA champion Jeff McGinness (SR) at a packed Huff Hall in Illinois. Good back and fourth battle.

What Others Are Saying About Our Products
"In “Coaching Young Couch Potatoes,” Michael Clapier teaches coaches what I call Primary Greatness (character/values) as opposed to the traditional Secondary Greatness (winning is everything) as an effective way to mentor young athletes.
I have always believed that winning is only one of many goals set by a wise coach to develop a balanced young man or woman. How valuable it would be if coaches nurtured, inspired vision, and instilled character development into young athletes so they could apply these lessons not only in sports but to life’s experiences."

“I have owned the Championship Access discs for three years and I have to tell you, they work. My kids connect with them and we have been able to help our new coaches clearly understand what we are teaching through every level of our program.”

"Every kid in our program loves technology and my biggest problem is keeping the discs in my bag. They borrow them all the time. They are great!"
